1974 Gower Show

The Gower Agricultuaral Show has been held for very many years. These photographs of the 1974 event were all taken in the fairground and amusement areas of the show field.

Following a very wet previous day the show morning dawned beautifully sunny. It was very damp underfoot at first but by midday had dried out considerably.

The photographs do not have individual captions. Note fashion changes over the years, and there are also one or two interesting vehicles from the late 1960s in some of the views.
